Because It Scares Me

A Mindful Dive into My Thoughts and Vulnerablity

I need to share these thoughts because doing so scares me. 
I have a strong belief in constantly challenging myself. If something scares me in a vulnerable but possibly rewarding way, I must dive in. It scared me to try yoga because I wasn't satisfied with my body, then I became a little more. It scared me to try mindfulness because stillness brings up demons, but now I can wrestle them. It scares me more than anything to show the world my fears, flaws and thoughts. So I have to.
